A resident living on Silver Lake noticed major cracks in their foundation wall.  The foundation problem transferred up to the main floor.

The M.E. team performed an assessment of the house foundation, identified the best repair methods, secured soil borings from a local geotechnical firm, and developed a structural repair plan.

The plan included the use of Helical Piles as both compression and tension elements to pin the foundation along the bluff side of the house.  M.E. provided additional support for any future addition to the home in the repair plan.
